Otakar Souček

He is responsible for the acquisition of commercial real estate in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

Graduate of the University of Economics in Prague. He spent most of his professional career, more than 20 years in total, at Česká spořitelna in professional and managerial positions, mainly in the management of real estate transactions. For the last 8 years he has been Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Česká spořitelna’s Realitní společnost. In addition, he has experience in real estate development and construction and has completed a number of projects in the field of residential real estate development.
