Kateřina holds the position of HR Manager in DRFG Group. In addition to strategic tasks, she is also involved in setting up HR processes, implementing new systems, general HR agenda, recruiting new colleagues, training employees and many other activities. In the past, Katka has worked, for example, in the Randstad recruitment agency and at the KKCG investment group, where she implemented the training system and participated in the adjustment of HR processes during the introduction of GDPR.
