SC RIVIÉRA
The multi-storey retail building, formerly known as Nový Tuzex, is located in the direct vicinity of the Brno Exhibition Centre.
The total area of 4,621 m² is now shared by approximately 30 tenants from building, interior and furniture accessories such as Phase settees to the specialist sports stores Golfprofi and Scott Sport. The building was built at the end of the 1980s to sell the most modern Czech car of the time - the Škoda Favorit. However, it did not serve this purpose for too long, as the Velvet Revolution came and the building was left with only its name. Today, SC RIVIÉRA represents the beginning of the future development of the Brno Exhibition Centre.
