Petra Rusňáková

Chairperson of the Supervisory Board, Manager of Internal Processes of DRFG a.s., Vice-chairperson of the Supervisory Board of the DRFG Foundation, and Chairperson of the South Moravian Regional Council for Tourism.

Petra has long pursued a career in the tourism industry. Before joining the management of the DRFG investment group, she was a manager of a luxury hotel in the centre of Brno. Between 2014 and 2018, she also acted as a member of Brno City Council. She was responsible for the tourism and marketing of the Moravian metropolis. She continues to be involved in the public sector – she chairs the Tourism Committee of the South Moravian Regional Council and is a member of the Supervisory Board of Tourist Authority South Moravia and a member of the Council for Marketing and Tourism, a working group of the Brno City Council.

Besides managing internal processes in DFRG and chairing the Supervisory Board, she is involved in charity work. She is the vice-chairperson of the Board of Trustees of DRFG Foundation, which supports a number of social, cultural and sports projects. In the past, she was an external lecturer at Mendel University in Brno and a member of examination committees for final bachelor’s exams at the Faculty of Business and Management of Brno University of Technology. For several years, she also gave lectures at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University  during her doctoral study programme. She was awarded the academic titles of JUDr. and Ph.D. at the same faculty.
